Hey guys can you please tell me where I can edit or delete a section of this page or any other similar page? (please refer to the images attached)

What you need to change there?

Mainly I would like to remove them as they if someones presses any of the Next or Prev (or the arrows) demo websites appear

You can edit:
/wp-content/themes/thegem/content-blog-item.php
It's template just copy it the the child theme.
