    I updated my plugins and after WPBakery Visual Composer update my site went down. if i deactivate it the site is back up but missing lots of things. Please help

    HI!

    You need at first update gem elements plugin. (We upload new version 2 weeks ago)

    If you can't enter to the the wp-admin area:

    1. Via ftp remove folder 

    /wp-content/plugins/thegem-elements 

    2. Go to the admin panel and install gem elements plugin. 

    or pls. share the wp-admin and ftp access, we'll fix it.
