    Hi Support Team,


    I have just purchased this Theme.
    After the theme is installed successfully, it asked to install the required Plugins.

    Clicked on “Begin installing plugins”
    Checked all plugins, selected “Install” and clicked on “Apply”

    Then, it gave error messages:

    An error occurred while installing TheGem Theme Elements: Purchase code verification failed.
    An error occurred while installing WPBakery Visual Composer: Purchase code verification failed.
    An error occurred while installing LayerSlider WP: Purchase code verification failed.
    An error occurred while installing TheGem Import: Purchase code verification failed.
    An error occurred while installing ZillaLikes: Purchase code verification failed.

    I would really appreciate your help on this matter as soon as possible.
    Please see the Screenshot of the error message.

    Did you activated theme in the theme options?

    check http://codex-themes.com/thegem/documentation/#theme-activation
