    Hello,

When making changes to the Theme Options, it takes me to a blank page that says "Are you sure you want to do this?"

Seems like the changes I make are saved, however, it seems like maybe this isn't the way it's supposed to function?

    The page url is .../themes.php?page=options-framework&tgmpa-dismiss=dismiss_admin_notices&_wpnonce=5f8610214b

Edit: I disabled Wordfence and the problem ceased. However, I'd prefer not to have to disable security while working on the site. Any workaround for this?

    HI!

Try to use any another security plugin.

Sorry, I can't advise you another plugin, I never use it before.

Wordfence is probably the most popular security plugin for Wordpress. Has anyone else said they have an issue with this?
