    Hello, how do I set the menu to stick to the top of the page when scrolling down on mobile devices just like it does on desktop/laptops?

    pls. set check box "Sticky Header On Mobile" in the theme options

    okay great. I wasn't aware of a theme update. How do I get notified in future? 

    Also can I just replace the child-theme via ftp rather than delete and re-install via dashboard?

    1. In feature we are punning to add automatic theme update from the dashboard. 

    At this moment you can see the latest update log in the theme forest:

    2.  Sorry for possible misunderstanding. Just upload child theme and activate it. You don't need to replace anything.
