my contact form when trying to send, there is a wheel that just spins and it does not send. all plugins are up to date. what is the problem?

but isnt that the contact form that comes with your theme? what contact form should i be using then?

it's comes with our theme, but it is not our plugin, so I don't now good it's functionality.
At first pls. check mail function on the your host:
