I can't figure out how to use the testimonial templates with only 1 testimonial at a time. It only lets me select sets. I want an individual testimonial on each page, without rotating. How can I do this without having to use the "quoted text" box, which doesn't have the same styles as testimonials?

Just set for 1 set for each testimonial.
i.e. set-1, set-2, set-3 and all the sets must have only one item.
