Even though had themes for some time just noticed the favicon element in Theme Options is missing (see attachments) which is weird as it is probably the first thing I do when setting up. One maybe but two? think I'm loosing it.
Also it would be good if user manual had menu options to navigate more easily.

You can set favicon in Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity -> Site Icon.
