    Hi, I recently upgraded my wordpress site with The Gem theme and the site does not load but instead shows an error. Kindly help to resolve.

    HI!

    You need at first update gem elements plugin. (We upload new version 2 weeks ago)

    If you can't enter to the the wp-admin area:

    1. Via ftp remove folder 

    /wp-content/plugins/thegem-elements 

    2. Go to the admin panel and install gem elements plugin. 

    or pls. share the wp-admin and ftp access, we'll fix it.
