Hi, i bought your theme The Gem last week, it came with many issues from the beginnig because it sugessts to install plugins that won't be useful according to online documentation guide, and sometimes generate issues between plugins. But well this is manageable.
The annoying thing goes with the way some pages are built, for example the one called "contact us 2" cannot be edited because when you want to preview it says page not found an stuff like that. I decided then to edit the "contact us 3" and i find that i can edit the header photo, title and subtitle, that i need to in order to adjust the site for my purpose, it doesn't even appear as an option to edit in visual composer. I tried to hide this block with css to put another one that i could manage but i realised that i couldn't. So stressful!!! Neither could write any word in the box which it's supposed to go the css exception.
I DO NEED HELP ASAP BECAUSE I NOTICE THAT THE TEMPLATE IS NOT THAT WELL BUILT AND DOCUMENTED AND I PAID FOR THAT.
I'll be looking forward to your answer ASAP, because i need to finish that project very soon.
