Sorry, there are no possibility to add to the single image shortcode title, it's shortcode of the visual composer, we can't add any changes in its code.
Please note if you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down of the tickets list.

Just need title of the image appears when mouse hover like every else other website. This is the goal of this HTML property <img TITLE="">
