Hello: I used TheGem import the Business demo concepts. After a few minutes, I get a success message. But I can't see anything imported; no pages/menus. What am I missing? Thanks
So, the demo did work as I installed it 3rd time with plugins activated afterwards which is strange
Well, now the only thing I see is. When I add in some content, it doesn't stay in the same box but instead gets underneath other blocks so it is kind of hiding beneath other elements. I don't understand the reason to this
My issue had to do with my webhosting service: 1&1. Specifically, the wordpress managed option which, supposedly, fully supports 3rd party themes. It doesn't. Once I switched to the unmanaged option, I was able to fully import the demo.
