I apologize for the easy question, but I couldn't find an answer anywhere. If I install this theme and activate it on my home linux box to test out and play with before deciding on a final layout, am I going to have issues activating the theme when I move it to a hosted server?

For activating and load necessary plugins site need to connect to our server democontent.codex-themes.com (ip:138.201.92.111).
I get that. What I'm asking is whether I can activate the theme on two different web servers? One for test purposes, one for production?
Yes, you can use licence for testing site. We check and block licences if them are used on several live sites.
