    Hello,

    I would say this is the best looking theme I have even seen. Thanks so much guys. The only concern which stops me from offering the theme to my clients is the loading speed. I have checked on pingdom and gtmetrcis, the results are 10-11 seconds for online store... That is unacceptable for sure. Can you please check my site and advise what we can do to reduce that to 3-4 seconds maximum.

    HI!

    Pls. wait some time, in the new theme version, there will be update for increasing loading speed, soon we'll realize the update.

    At this moment we recommend to use:

    W3-total  cache plugin, enable page cache browser cache, minifire  of css and js.

    For optimizing images we recommend to use next services:

    tinypng.com

    jpegmini.com

    I have received an theme update . But when I am trying to install that zip folder, I am receving an error : 

    Destination folder already exists. /hermes/bosnaweb20a/b1106/ipg.weblab4uca/etherealstore.ca/wp-content/themes/thegem/

    Theme install failed.


    How do i install the update. Thanks

    I recommend using WP Fastest Cache. For this theme it works without flaws. Results are also impressive.

    I am using WP Fastest Cache too but the speed is very slow. Take a look etherealstore.ca. Any suggestions?
