I added a custom post type and would like to add thegem's meta boxes to the admin panel. In the inc/post-types/init.php, I see the functionality. Is there a way to make it work within a child theme? I changed the original init.php, but that may change during updates.
I also have the option to add meta box names in my CPT UI plugin, but I don't know the names, maybe that's working, too.

Sorry, there no simple way to change it with using child theme.
