    Hi CodexThemes, 

    Well, I installed and activated the theme but when i try to install the plugins it says this message:

    "The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file '1' "

    No, Your answer didn't work for me. Plus this answer is for Windows users, I'm trying to do this in live server (Linux).

    Also when i try to activate the theme it says this:-

    Some troubles with connecting to TheGem server.

    I suppose your server has some type of firewall which blocks requests. Please contact your webhosting provider support to disable firewall for democontent.codex-themes.com (ip:138.201.92.111).
