    Hi, I am trying to use "TheGem Import" but it doesn't work for me.

    I already used the reset-wp and I am using a fresh wordpress installation but its still not working.

    I do not receive any kind of error message, just the "import is running" but the loading bar is always empty (like the image attached).

    Help, please!

    pls. share the wp-admin and FTP access.
