    Hello, 

    I have received an theme update via Envato . But when I am trying to install that zip folder, I am receving an error : 

    Destination folder already exists. /hermes/bosnaweb20a/b1106/ipg.weblab4uca/etherealstore.ca/wp-content/themes/thegem/

    Theme install failed. 

    Can you please provide guidance how to install the update.
