    I have been trying to create a dceent homepage however I am getting gaps between my content.  I have 2 questrions


    1.  What is a section should I use sections to break up the page or should I just use rows? 


    2.  If I wanted to add a border below one section how can I do this ?

    Yes thats fine I understand that however that doesnt solve the issue there seems to be another piece of css that is overwritibg it

    I added a line in the custom css to resolve however I also have a ticket open regarding the custom css file not saving.
