Hi! I love your theme but I'm having some difficulties.
I've tried multiple times, in multiple browsers and computers, to change the favicon of the site. I did it in Customize > Site Identity - and removed the image that was there before and uploaded new one. I saved, but it did not work. When I went on another page and opened Customize again there still was the old favicon. I'm attaching the favicon I want to upload. Can you please give me some advice?

I see that the Favicon is installed pls. check screen in Chrome and Firefox browser's (742,743)

Yes I fixed it before you answered :) I had to install a plugin for it.
