How do I change the appearance of tag and category pages?

    I'm trying to change the way my website looks when a user presses on a tag or on a category. Which settings do I need to change? ..or which PHP file should I change?

    I want to make a custom layout/look for the different categories.

    See attached images for examples.

    HI!

    You need to edit:

    /wp-content/themes/thegem/index.php

    Example of the changing layout you can see in  the  

    /wp-content/themes/thegem/search.php

    templates path:

    wp-content/themes/thegem/gem-templates/blog
