I want to install Greek Google Fonts and use them in my content, but I cannot find (although read the documentation) how. For example, I 've created menus, and although I change through theme options the font family, the changes are not applied when I write Greek characters.

You need to use a font which supports Greek lang:
https://fonts.google.com/?subset=greek
