Hi, I'm concerned about two plugins licences that are supposedly included in The Gem purchase, but when I tried to download templates from Slider Revolution it said that I needed to activate the plugin. If I was a direct costumer it should be through a code, if the plugin was included in the theme (which is my situation) I wouldn't need it. So basically I don't know how to make it work. It also happened with the other slider plugin "LayerSlider WP", when I tried to import a template it showed the following message (see attachment) I never deactivated anything so I really don't know why it's telling I did, it also said I was getting a refund (but what I just really want is the plugin to work). Can somebody help me out with this problem?
You don't need to activate any plugins included in the theme.
All of the plugins included and required / recommended in our themes are being regularly updated via our own plugin repository. Please note: for ensuring the highest quality of working as well as full compatibility we are releasing an updates of the plugins only after checking it on possible compatibility issues with our theme. Concerning premium templates library. Unfortunately, developers license doesn't cover this option. In order to get access to this library, you need to purchase your separate license.
