Hi! There are 7 types of portfolio items (portfolio page, internal link, external link, full-size image, youtube video, vimeo video, self-hosted video). Each type has an icon assigned, which appears on hover of the portfolio item on the portfolio page depending on the type of portfolio item you chose.
Is it possible to create a different type of portfolio item (mine would be "game") and/or is it possible to assign a different icon to a specific type of portfolio item? If so, how could I customize them?

For adding new PF type you need to edit the gem elemets plugin:
/wp-content/plugins/thegem-elements/inc/post-types/portfolios.php
Template of the PF itmem:
wp-content/themes/thegem/gem-templates/portfolios/content-portfolio-item.php
