    Hi, 


    I am hosting Wordpress on a development Windows 2012 R2 server with IIS configured. Scalia theme is installed and working but when I click the Theme Options I get a blank screen.

    I have updated wordpress, Scalia and all plugins to the latest version. I have (I think) the correct file security permissions set on the wordpress install folder and subfolders.

    I have attached a screen shot.

    Was it a conflict with JW Player 6 Plugin ?

    No, there was set check box in the layer slider "Use Google CDN version of jQuery" this breaks working of the admin panel.
