1) My homepage broke and wouldn't load properly after the upgrade to the latest version of the gem.
After some tinkering I managed to get it come back up however now various icons are being displayed when you hover over the portfolio item even though they are not programmed on the backend.
In the attached example m mouse is over the link icon to visit the website of the portfolio item. This is not enabled on the back end.
2) Footer color and underbar color as well as text are not following the color codes entered in the options menu. I have them set to black with white text but they show the default color and text.

Hope this helps. If you go to portfolio then E-commerce landing page and add it to the category Web+Print or Web+Video it breaks the homepage and disables the hamburger menu.

1)You can delete the link in the settings (on screenshot).
2) Please share admin access. We will try to inspect problem on your site.

If you use widget Text, you need to manually assign all styles . For example:
