I purchased a license for visual composer for their technical support, updates, etc.
According to them, you all are blocking the License activation feature in your theme. Therefore you custom blocking function is preventing me from validating my license and accessing the template library.

How to resolve?

Follow the instructions:
1. Activate another theme.
2. Deactivate Gem elements plugin.
3. Activate Visual Composer license.
4. Activate gem elements and Gem theme.
