after purchasing TheGem Theme id like to build a website on a hidden host ( https://www.ecowebhosting.co.uk/ )before launching it under the live domain. Can i use the activation code to start making the website and then porting it to a different domain?
Yes, We are constantly monitoring how many live sites are on your license, you can set your site for development or testingon local host or any domain and then activate with this license your live site, but if we see that you have on the 1 license 2 or more full working sites, we'll block your license.
