hi i currently have a website live and I need to have my new gem demo site installed but my live site currently is hosted elsewhere and I need to keep it live until my gem site is finished to place in it's place, how can i create my new site whilst I wait for it to be completed?

Thanks for coming back to me I really appreciate it.  I'm really new to this.  I have purchased the gem license.  Now I am looking to place the demo site somewhere so I can edit it and make live when finished.  I want to make live at www.teamupdigital.com.au and will remove my existing site and replace with the gem when finished.  I just need to know where to do this.  I have never used wordpress, so just need some help working out how to get started on assembling the site?
