1) Your MY WISHTLIST block is a normal block, and therefore it will be located under the side panel.If you enable Page Title, this problem will not be.
This is the usual block that you created, if you turned on the sidebar, it will be located on the side of the blocks that you made. You need to change the PAGE TITLE if you want the sidebar not to climb to the block.
Here are a few problems of wishlist.
1. Browse Wishlist button doesn't redirect to the Wishlist Page.
2. The Page Sidebar screw up on the Wishlist Page's layout.
