    Hi there, I wondered how to add icons to the main menu. I'd like to add icons to the 1st Level menu.

    I already see that I can add icons to the sub-menu.

    What Icons you need to add, from what pack?

    It doesn't matter which icons... Font Awesome....

    I just can't see any option to add them through the APPEARANCE/MENU admin section. I thought that this would be included with the GEM theme, as the GEM has pretty much everything else covered?

    A Top Level menu item does not have the ability/option to add an icon to the Menu Title.

    The Sub-menu item HAS the option to add an icon to the Menu Title

    Can this be added to the theme options??????? I see that other users have asked this question.

    HI!

    You can add icon only in the mege menu, in any case you can do it via css,  example:

    ul#primary-menu > li a:before {
    font-family: 'thegem-icons';
    content: '\e601';
    float: left;
    color: #ccc;
}
