    Hi there,

first of all, I *love* The Gem theme, it is completely brilliant and whilst it is taking a bit of getting used to, I am thoroughly enjoying playing with it.
So I have a couple of questions around the usage, which I have been unable to find in your documentation (which, otherwise, is also great, by the way!)
    1. I have a bunch of blog posts which are basically just an image.  In each post I have set the image to be featured, and then set up a page which displays the posts, almost in the way a gallery would. except with the title and date etc displayed.  When you click the image, it opens the post, and I wondered if there was a way to have it just open the image in a pop-up, rather than opening the whole post?  I would also like to be able to DISABLE the "read more" text which appears under the post, is there way of doing this?
    2. By way of an alternative to the above, I have tried setting up galleries with the images, instead of using posts, but have a couple of issues:
2.1 When you click the image, it opens the viewer without any problems, you can scroll through the other images in the gallery.  However, when you close the image, it seems to have opened it twice, as there is another one open behind it - how do I stop this, please?
2.2 Is there a way to display the gallery images and have their names and (ideally) the dates of the image, without having to hover over the image?

If you can help me fix number 2, above, then number 1 is less important.

Many thanks for any help you can give!
    Kind regards,
    Matt

    HI!

    1) Unfortunately, there is no possibility to display an image, in the standard settings, it is possible to go only to the article itself. The button to read further can be removed using the custom CSS.

2.1)Please indicate where this item is located so that we can test its operation.

2.2) Unfortunately, there is no such possibility.

    Hi there,

I have created a page which contains a gallery, here:

    http://www.mattcronin.com/?page_id=24777

If you have a look - click the images, you will see the image open, and then when you click to close it, you'll see a second copy of it behind.  It doesn't seem to do it when the page first loads, so wait for it to load, and then click a few of the images.  I have attached two screenshots.  "Screenshot 1.jpg" shows the image when clicked.  "Screenshot 2.jpg" is what remains if you close the first image.

    Thanks, an regards,
    Matt

Most likely, you install third-party plugins that interfere with the correct operation of the gallery.
