im trying to use the gem agency slider but i always get this error "Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias media agency1 not found."

Please can tell me where to change the home page background and the team frame's backgrounds color from the WP dashboard, i tried in Appearance>Theme options and in Appearance>customize, but nothing there seems to affect the home page colors and backgrounds.

Hi Hamza,

All the theme options  are on the black bar that spans across the top of the page (under your browser's address bar) and you choose " The Gem Theme Options".  From there choose colors or backgrounds and you are able to edit the color scheme.

 But that will take me again to Appearance>Theme options and anything i change there doesn't affect the color scheme nor the background

Have you checked on the actual "edit" portion of the row of the page? I know if you import demo sections they have it coded-in there AND at the bottom of the page.

Just a thought.

I tried there but the only thing that takes effect is the text, the background color and background image doesn't do anything.

and i don't know why i still have this menu on my front page
