Thanks Gregor! I did delete about 24 other plugins and my site's speed is muchhhh better, so thought that these may be contributing to the slowness as well. I will try the other methods you recommend.
Also, is there a way to import a single demo page? For example, I'd like to cost the exact style/layout for some alert boxes and styled textboxes. However, I don't want to import all ~150 demo pages.
We already working on the new import plugin version, there will be portal import of the separate pages, but I think we need about 2-3 weeks to realize this update.

TheGem Theme Elements
Will deleting either us these mess up my site? Also, what other plugins are required to be kept?
