Hello, and thank you for your time. I am having trouble activating the Print Aura plugin for my WooCommerce webstore. Whenever I attempt to active it, I get the following error message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class TGM_Updater in /home/content/a2pewpnaspod04_data06/99/41324599/html/wp-content/plugins/printaura-woocommerce-api/classes/class-pa-updater.php on line 2
I have tried disabling all other plugins but still I get the error message. I tried switching themes and once I switched off of the Gem child theme, it did work. So that leads me to believe the problem is with my Gem theme or the Print Aura plugin. I also reached out to the Print Aura company but have not heard back. My theme, Wordpress, and Print Aura plugin are all up to date as well. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon. - Jacob
Hi Gregor! Thank you for the quick response; I tried what you suggested and removed the plugin folder and reinstalled, but the same error message has occurred. :( Any other suggestions? Thank you for your time. - Jacob

HI!
The error in this plugin, seems there are not enough files, try to remove the folder
/home/content/a2pewpnaspod04_data06/99/41324599/html/wp-content/plugins/printaura-woocommerce-api/
And install this plugin again
