2. a.) I've attached screenshots of the homepage. I want the row with the red background and the request service button to stay visible right under the top navigation row (with the logo on the left and navigation on the right) so that as soon as the two meet when the user scrolls down from the top of the page past the header imager and text that's in between them, it stays fixed that way. b.) I also noticed that the navigation in the mobile view doesn't stay visible as you scroll. Is there a way to change that so that it does?
I am trying to tweak a couple things on a CTA row I've created (with the red background - see the attached screenshot).
1. Is there a way to make the content center aligned within the row or to decrease the amount of space above the content?
2. Is there a way to fix the row under the fixed menu as the user scrolls down so that it is always seen on their screen?
