    I bought and activated TheGem theme yesterday and it worked perfect, I logged in to Wordpress today to work on the website , and it said please activate purchase code. I reactivated it and it gave me this error "The purchase code you have entered is not valid. TheGem has not been activated."


    Please advise what I should do?
