    I'd like to have the reviews tab default to closed, and open when clicked. Is that something that's possible?

    The latest update to the child theme overwrote the template additions that you did. Any way that you can send me that file to add back, etc.?

    I don't have this file. Try to contact your webhoster provider for backup.

    I have the files, however I have no idea which files were altered and how. If you can either let me know what and where changes would have been made, or perhaps fix the issue again and let me know where for future reference?

    As I remember I made all changes in child theme to avoid losing them after update.

    Please check what theme is activated on your site now.
