whenever I try to change the settings in the Portfolio element on any page the "Save Changes"- bottondoes simply not work and react. The "Close" - button does work and react.
The same thing happens in the Portfolio Slider element, too. The other elements I tried did work certainly (like "Icon with Title" element for example).
A view month ago everything worked fine, but since I started to change some things last week I noticed the problem.
I testet multiple browsers and updated the theme recently. I couldn't find a similar problem in the web.
The Portfolio element is the heart of my website. Is there any way to solve this Problem? Please help!
Something strange happend for me. It didn't fix the actual problem but I could elude it. Lately I'm indeed mainly using the Microsofts edge browser. For me it works with wordpress the fastest.
Anyway: After reinstalling The Gem completely it still didn't work in the Edge browser but suddenly does in Google Chrome now! So I'm finally able to change my portfolio settings again.

Helo I have the same issue.

Is there maybe another way?
Hi, I have the same issue, what is the fix?
FYI I am on Thegem Theme Element Version 3.0.1 and TheGem Import Version 3.0.3.1
I have tried with Chrome and Safari
Did you try to reinstall the theme? It only worked for my Chrome after that.
Best regards!
Uninstall / reinstall the TheGem theme did not do the trick for me, thanks for the tips though.
TheGem Theme team, please help us work this out!
