    Dear TheGem Theme team,

whenever I try to change the settings in the Portfolio element on any page the "Save Changes"- botton does simply not work and react. The "Close" - button does work and react.

The same thing happens in the Portfolio Slider element, too. The other elements I tried did work certainly (like "Icon with Title" element for example).

A view month ago everything worked fine, but since I started to change some things last week I noticed the problem.

I testet multiple browsers and updated the theme recently. I couldn't find a similar problem in the web.

The Portfolio element is the heart of my website. Is there any way to solve this Problem? Please help!

    Thank you and kind regards
    Michael Fetzer

Something strange happend for me. It didn't fix the actual problem but I could elude it. Lately I'm indeed mainly using the Microsofts edge browser. For me it works with wordpress the fastest.

Anyway: After reinstalling The Gem completely it still didn't work in the Edge browser but suddenly does in Google Chrome now! So I'm finally able to change my portfolio settings again.

Thank you for your fast replies!

I tried it with Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox. Does not solve my problem.

    Is there maybe another way?

Did you try to reinstall the theme? It only worked for my Chrome after that.

    Best regards!

  • Pierre-Marie replied

Uninstall / reinstall the TheGem theme did not do the trick for me, thanks for the tips though.

TheGem Theme team, please help us work this out!
