When making changes to the Theme Options they do not update right away. I have also found that when using the Visual Composer changes to page content does not update straight away either.

I am a long time user of wordpress, I understand all about deleting caches, turning off caching, deleting browser caches etc, but even when I do these things. I still see no change to the site for some time. Any known issues?

I'm using a Mac and Chrome browser. Wordpress is fully up to date.

I am currently editing other wordpress sites where this is not an issue.

I have found a drop-in plug-in called: advanced-cache.php

Could this be the cause of the problem?

Hi Sergio,

The site isn't using w3 Total Cache - I had installed WP Super Cache, but that was turned off. We discovered a Static Page Cache on the server which we think caused the problems.

I have another issue now with Menu Colours - should I start a new ticket?
