Seems you try to use a premium feature, which is available only in a standalone license version of RevoSlider. We have included RevoSlider in our theme as a bundled plugin under developer license. This means, that all features and functions are available for usage, except additional template libraries, premium features and addons, which are part of the standalone premium RevoSlider license.

How can I get the Particle addon from Slider revolution? is it not available in the package you have provided?
