I can't install Visual Composer. I get the attached error message.
This is from a fresh install of TheGem... new wordpress installation, and new TheGem installation. Visual Composer was not installed as part of TheGem theme installation (which I thought it would be).
Thanks for the reply, but what are you asking for exactly? my login/password for both the wp-admin on this site, and my FTP access more generally? I can't post that on an open forum... and frankly, I'm a bit hesitant to give that out to anyone.
Have you seen an error like this previously? Do you have any suggestions as to the likely cause? Is there any other way to install Visual Composer?
I was able to install all the other plugins... just this one remains. Of course, it's the most critical of the bunch.
PS: I looked into this a bit further. I manually deleted the previous installation at /wp-content/js_composer/ via FTP. Then, re-installed. It seems to have worked this time.
A couple notes for others reading this: Seems after a failed installation (which could be for any number of reasons), you might not be able to install without first manually deleting the previous installation. I had assumed it would just write-over any corrupted files. Apparently not.
Anyway, seems I'm all set now. Please close the ticket. thanks!
