Hello! I recently set up TheGem theme, which includes WPBakery Page Builder plug-in. There are a bunch of templates I'm trying to access on the plugin, but every time I try to download a template, I get a message saying "Failed to download template". I confirmed that the plugin is active and I haven't been able to troubleshoot this online with no luck. Please help!
You try to use a premium feature, which is available only in a standalone license version of WPBakery Page Builder. We have included WPBakery Page Builder in our theme as a bundled plugin under developer license. This means, that all features and functions are availbale for usage, except additional template libraries, which are part of the standalone premium WPBakery Page Builder license.

Hi Gregor, thanks for the quick reply! That makes sense. I see that I need to go into The Gem Imports to access the 150 demos, rather than WP Bakery PB.
