Sorry, I don't think you got my question! I've already read the documentation. I'll try to explain with oranges:
1. I know how to add a new person via wp-admin, and there's a DESCRIPTION field there, where I should be supposed to enter the person's experience, RIGHT? (see attach)
2. NONE of your demo examples shows WHERE DOES THIS DESCRIPTION APPEARS! Not in a team page, not in a person's card, not in a link, NOWHERE!
So my question is simple: HOW/WHERE DO I DISPLAY/SHOW/VIEW/EXHIBIT the Team Person's Description?

I have the same problem. I want to have a post with the title and description. I want to make visible the custom post type.

Sorry. We use Codex Themes Elements with several themes. Some of them we next team person view:
This view use content field. If you want we can print team person description by changing some team person template with child theme.
If you want to create page for team person better create page or post and set link to it in team person settings.
