I need to display different Footers for different languages (German, English and French). Furthermore, I want to have a Footer-Design like in the Screenshot. The Footer Area should be beneath the Footer Widget-Area and I don't want to configure every single site so that it will display this.
How do I do that? Can this be achieved with only the built-in theme options in the design menu?
