    We want to set an exact date AND time!

    So for example:  29 march 2018, 9 pm

    So the countdown would count down the exact time untill that hour.

    Is this possible?

    Sorry, no, there are takes server time, without the code changes in the gem elements plugin it's not possible.

    Sorry, it's not few lines of the code, I can't make it for you free, much simpler will be to use one one of the third-party plugins, you can use any, in my mind there should't be any problems with the compatibility:
