I installed TheGem theme with its plugins but when I want to activate the slider revolution plugin it failed with the following error:

pls. provide the wp-admin and FTP access.

Sorry, can't connect to your FTP with the data you provided. Try manually remove folder:
/wp-content/plugins/revslider
and install the plugin again.
