Ignore previous message, I mixed up tickets, you can try to add counter via the Visual Composer and copy shortcode code (edit the page in the text mode) to your site without the VC but i'm not sure that it will work.
Please note if you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down of the tickets list.
