    I can not seem to find out how to shrink the top white margin under the content bar

    Hi,

    You need to set checkbox "Disable top margin" in the page settings.

    I had checked the disabled top margin box before with no outcome but it worked this time for some reason

    Is there a way to set a custom top margin?  I want a space somewhere between the two default settings on my page.

    padding-top: 30px;
}
