Hey, so I am pretty happy with my page and now I have decided to add a shop page to my website. Since I purchased thegem but also deleted all the demo content I figured I can just do an import of single pages. I only want the shop page...
When I open the gem import in my dashboard it doesn't show anything. No button to select anything.
I then tried a different approach since I like the justified shop style, importing that didn't work either. It seemed like it downloaded everything but not just the shop and unfortunately it didn't even work when I tried to edit the demo?
Was having similar issue I think. Unsure whether exactly same, but as I uploaded theme via FTP, I had named my theme folder 'TheGem' instead of (out of the .zip) name of 'thegem'. After renaming folder, the Gem Import screen looked / functioned correctly.
Again, do not know if same issue as I had - but might be useful?

Seems like the problem in the php version you're using, you need to set at least 5.6 version or provide the wp-admin access, I'll check.
